From the time when Troi created Rough men, about 460 million years ago, Troi also created 2 Menhs for each Rough man, one Menh Quai and one Menh Nien.
1 – Menh Quai
Menh Quai was created by Troi since the time Rough man was created. There are 8 Menh Quai as shown in Table 1 below.
Table 1 – Menh Quai of Rough man
Each Rough man has one of these 8 Menh Quai. Menh Quai is actually for an Rough man, so that we call Menh Quai as Menh Troi. There are 8 Menh Quai whilst in accordance with the Number 9 Rule of Troi, there should be one more. That is Menh The (Txe), which is a part of Troi in each of our Astral. Menh The is divided into 9 grades in accordance with 9 levels of Txe of Troi. The level of our Astral will be corresponded to the same level in these 9 Txe levels (see Ep16- The Number 9 Rule of Troi). Therefore, eachRough man has 9 Menh Quai which are Txe, Kan, Daoi, Ly, Txan, Ton, Kxam, Kyan, Kxon.
Note: Menh Quai was created by Troi since the time Troi created Rough man, but only until 91 thousand years ago Troi created the symbols for Que Dich which comprising of full/seamless line ( ___ ) and broken line ( - - ) as shown in column 3 of Table 1. Only until 4,600 years ago Troi guided Rough men in all five humankind bearing planets how to write these 8 simbols (Que Dich) and called them as 8 Que or 8 Quai.
2 – Menh Nien
Menh Nien was also created by Troi since the creation of Rough man. Menh Nien has its name as combination of a Thien Can (Heavenly Stem) shortly called Can and a Dia Chi (Earthly Branch), shortly called Chi.
There 10 Can as: Giap, At, Binh, Dinh, Mau, Ky, Canh, Tan, Nham, Quy, which are used to indicate the Astral man in us. Can is Troi (Heaven) so it is also called Thien Can (Heavenly Stem) or shortly Can.
There are 12 Chi: Ty, Suu, Dan, Mao, Thin, Ty, Ngo, Mui, Than, Dau, Tuat, Hoi, which are used to indicate a Rough man living in the physical space which is Earth (Dia) so it is called Dia Chi or shortly Chi.
As Can Chi was created by Troi they also have names given by Troi as shown in Table 2

Menh Nien used for the body of each Rough man on a planet so that it is called Man Menh. As there are 10 Can and 12 Chi so to have a repeated pair of Can Chi, there must go 60 rounds (a common multiple of 10 and 12), called 60 Hoa Giap (Sexagenary Year). A Hoa Giap was arranged in 10 groups following range Can, starting with Can Giap, constituted 6 Tuan Giap (Giap Cycle). They are: Giap Ty, Giap Tuat, Giap Than, Giap Ngo, Giap Thin and Giap Dan. Each Giap Cycle has 10 Menh Nien as shown in Table 3. 60 Sexagenary years is also an average life expectancy a Rough man on Earth given by Troi. This number will be more when the mankind civilization on Earth is increased.
Menh Quai is calculated for Solar year, meaning the age of a Rough man, began from birth day. Menh Nien is calculated for Lunar year, meaning the age of Astral in a body, began from the day that Astral man from invisible space comes in/ incatnates into the foetus of a mum, before the birth day about 9 months and 9 days. So, when calculate Lunar age it should be added one more year to Solar one.

Among these 2 Menh, Menh Quai is of the first importance; Menh Nien is of the second one. It will be better if these 2 Menhs have increasing interrelationship (tuong sinh) with each other in accordance with the Five Hanhs (Kim, Moc, Thuy, Hoa, Tho). It’s not good if they are in constraining interrelationship (tuong khac). The karma of each person will determine whether these Menhs are in increasing or constraining interrelationship. A person with 2 Menhs in increasing interrelationship or companion relationship (the same Hanh) will have better opportunity to succeed in life. If they are in constraining interrelationship, life will often have obstacles. If Menh Quai constrains Menh Nien, it’s a “strong” constraint, life will meet difficulties hard to overcome. If Menh Nien constrains Menh Quai, it’s a week constraint, life will often have obstacles. If 2 Menhs are in constraining interrelationship, it can be reconciled by using Talisman KIM MOC THUY HOA THO to turn constraining into increasing. The increasing/constraining interrelationship of Five Hanhs is shown in Figure 1 below.
Figure 1
For example: If a person has Menh Quai, Can (Kim) and Menh Nien, Ky Ti (Moc – wood in forest). Kim constrains Moc. This person can carry along with him a Thuy Talisman or put it on his working desk. By doing so, Can (Kim) - Menh Quai will increases Thuy - talisman and Thuy talisman in turns increases Moc - Menh Nien. As a result, we have Menh Quai increasing and not constraining Menh Nien any more. This way of reconciliation will not be discussed in details here. This, however, is only a supportive solution. Success first depends on the effort of each person.
On Earth planet, Menh Quai and Menh Nien are popularly used in East and Southeast Asia. Many countries on Earth do not use these two Menhs and therefore they have forgotten the fate given to them by Troi. Do you think it’s acceptable for ignoring Troi as such?
Note: People living in Western countries who do not attend their Menh have forgotten Menh given by Troi. People living in East and Southeast Asia are wiser regarding this matter. But fortune tellers who only attend to Menh Nien but ignoring Menh Quai also make big mistake because Menh Quai is Troi Menh which plays the first important role.
3 – On trans-sexual
If a person was born male as designated by Troi decided to undertake transsexual to become female and vice versa, they will not be considered committing a crime but they have acted against Menh given by Troi. As such, they will not be blessed by Troi. If they go praying for help of Troi or Buddha they will not receive any help. Since now, they live alone among Troi and Earth without any support of Troi. Their Menh in accordance with their year of birth does not have any meaning to these persons.
