Troi is the Supreme Power (shortly called Troi) created the universe, men and all species. There are currently 36 Troi Councils. Each Council has 9 members, including one Chief Troi. Chief Troi is a position in the organizational system of Troi. Troi Supreme Power must necessarily be at the level of Upper Buddha or Highest Revered Buddha, and must be appointed by a Superior (currently is Superior Great Antiquity Nature level 999,999,999 (THTC999.999.999) - the Head of the Management System of both Infinite Space and Universal Space). Among 9 Chiefs Troi, one is the head called the Lord Head of Chief Troi. Each Troi Council is responsible for managing and monitoring 1/36 of the universal space (there used to be 81 Troi Councils, but today reduced to 36). From 2020, the Lord Heat Chief Troi is Highest Revered Buddha Avalokitesvara AOPNABA. So, from now on, readers should call her Upper Buddha Avalokitesvara AOPNABA, (Namo Upper Buddha Avalokitesvara AOPNABA) and should not call her Bodhisattva anymore. (Don't recite Namo Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva). Bodhisattva is much lower than Upper Buddha. That was her level more than 2 thousand years ago. Now She is at a very high throne!
The Lord Head of Chief Troi has promulgated the following 9 Laws of Troi:
1. Law of Troi Supreme Power
This Law stipulates: Troi is the Supreme Power in the Universe. Troi created the Universe (including planets and systems of planets), Men (including Astral men and Rough men) and all other living beings. Troi controls every activity of the Universe. All things in the Universe have to follow the Laws of Troi.
2. Law of Am (Ying) and Duong (Yang)
The Law of Am and Duong provides that: Am Duong is the unity of the two opposite sides, always goes abreast and co-exists as the basis for the balance and development of the Universe.
Each Rough man has a body which is Duong and an Astral which is Am as a manifestation of this law.
3. Law of Motion
This Law stipulates: the Universe moves vortically in clockwise direction with S-shaped locus. Universe and Man, including Astral man and Rough man, and all things are created in accordance with this Law.
This law is symbolised in the image of two fishes, black and white, coiled together as you may know.
4. Law of the Rule of Number 9
This Law stipulates: All things in the Universe are formed/constructed, operated and developed in accordance with the Rule of Number 9.
This rule relates to number 9, which is the largest number in a single-digit sequence. Applying this rule, readers should always use the number 9 or a multiple or divisor of 9. For example: planting 9 or 6 rows of vegetables; choosing the ceiling height of 3 meter or 3.3 meter or 3.6 meter, all are divisible by 3 which is a divisor of 9; rewarding 9 best students; giving 9, 18, 27... gift packages to the poor; planting 9 trees in a row; using 9 , 18, 27, 36... articles in a law code, etc. That will be in line with Troi Law of Rule of Number 9.
5. Law of Head of the Herd
The Law Head of the Herd stipulates: All things in the Universe always have one head.
In particularly:
Each level of leadership in the Universe has one head;
All systems of planets have one center planet and 9 other planets rotating around it;
Each tribe has one patriarch. Everyone in the tribe has to obey this person;
Each commune, district or province has one chairman. A country has one president or chairman or king. The order of these persons must be followed by people.
A herd of elephants, monkeys, birds, ants or bees etc. always has their head;
Each aircraft, train and ship etc. has one captain. All other people need to follow him;
6. Law of Spirit
The Law on Spirit stipulates that Every Rough Man and Astral Man in the Universe has the obligation to develop their spirit.
The Law of Spirit is featured by the Spirit Ratio (SR). It is the percentage ratio between Astral and Body. As a normal Rough man, your SR is not higher than 21%. If you cultivate to the La Han (Arhat) level, you attain 41%; up to Buddha (no-name) level- 51%; Upper Buddha level- 60%. At that level, you can do many things that others cannot do. According to this Law, Cultivating is every one’s duty. It is not up to your choice. You need to always cultivate your Body and Mind to become a kind-hearted man. That is the way to obey Troi Law of Spirit.
7. Law of Life and Death
This Law provides that All things in the universe undergo being born, growing, developing, getting old and finally death.
This law applies to man, animal, plant, all forms of society and social relations. So every man is born, grows, matures, gets old and die. So do animals and plants.
8. Law of Natural Selection
This Law stipulates: All things in the Universe develop in accordance with the principle of natural selection.
It means that all changes of men, creatures, plants to social form, social phenomena on the way of development are carried out according to the principle of self-selection, retaining good, progressive features and disposing of bad and backward things.
Based on the above, we know that the Universe will develop towards progressiveness. The direction for mankind’s development is to increase love and compassion.
9. Law of Cause and Effect
The Law on Cause and Effect stipulates: Men in the Universe (including Rough men in the physical space and Astral men in the invisible space) will reap the Effect of the Cause that they sow. Cause and Effect course naturally.
The Law of Cause and Effect calls on people to live kind-heartedly and do many good deeds to receive many blessings in return. If you live an evil life, you will definitely have to pay for it, if not in this incarnation, then in the subsequent incarnations.
9 Laws of Troi guides every action we take. Troi assigns the Emperor Council (Troi name is KYFU) to manage, monitor and force all species to obey these 9 Laws.
Each of us should follow the Laws of Troi to receive Troi's blessing.
We always need to be grateful to Troi.
