DP2b- OLMO Highest Upper Buddha

(Statute of OLMO Buddha worshipped in Troi-Buddha Temple in Hanoi)

1. Status

OLMO Highest Upper Buddha was born on the 19th lunar day of the 11th lunar month year 2231 BC - 4249 years from this year 2018. She was a native of Myanmar, born in a farmer's family, named LOA MUHA (female). Both of her parents were farmers. She was the eldest daughter among two children, a girl, a boy. At adolescence, she was a very beautiful young woman, who is 1.56 m tall, weighs 54 kg. At the age of 20, she started working as a worker in a local factory. At 22, she got married to the son of a farmer family, and had three children, two boys and one girl.

2. Cultivation path:

- She followed the method of Hinayana Buddhism, accepted the ascetic cultivation. In the last incarnation in the physical space, she cultivated at home. At the age of 54 she moved to cultivate on the mountain. Troi was the mentor who taught and guided her on her cultivation path since her attaining of High Buddha level 1.

On the 14th lunar day of 8th lunar month, 2175 BC – i.e. 4193 years from this year 2018, when she was 56 years old, she was honoured High Buddha level 3, i.e. attainment of Dao,  Buddha name is OLMO (love-kindness). This name is kept till today.

- She died on the 19th lunar day of 6th lunar month in 2154 BC, at the age of 77, when attained High Buddha level 4 already.

OLMO Buddha also has three other appellations in ancient Burmese language:

     + BAVO HAGHI (Undautedness)

     +  GAHA GHAPA (Virtue)

     + LAHA LOVA (Benevolence)

- She was honoured to Upper Buddha Degree 8 by Troi in 2054 BC. At that time, there was only BIROL Buddha (not  Bhaiṣajyaguru Buddha as mention in some literatures) attained Upper Buddha degree 9.

- In 2053 BC, She was appointed by Troi Supreme Power to preside over the Three Jewels (FOGHY) replacing BIROL  Buddha who ended his term. In 917 BC she finished her term too. Thus, OLMO Buddha was the second head of the Three Jewels FOGHY and was in this post for 1136 years.

- OLMO Buddha was proclaimed by the people of Myanmar and other Southeast Asian countries as Mother Buddha and worshipped in pagodas. She is always accompanied by 2 High Buddha Bodhisattvas (all are female), these are:

     + BAFA HI Bodhisattva - High Buddha level 9 (sitting on the left, riding green lion)

     + GAHA GHI Bodhisattva - High Buddha level 9 (sitting on the right, riding a white elephant).

3. Training:

     During her last incarnation OLMO Buddha had a group of disciples about a few dozen people, all were women, guided by her in their cultivation. Most of them had attained Cao Tang Bo Tat – High Virtue Bonze Bodhisattva at the end of their lives and at the present time has attained Buddha.

She often taught the disciples about the following matters:

- Existence of Universe;

- Invisible and Visible spaces;

- The Laws of Troi;

- Astral men and Rough men;

- Reincarnations;

- Truthfulness – Goodness - Forbearance;

- Meaning of Cultivation

- And some other matters.

Now in the Invisible space she often teaches the Bodhisattva, Buddha and High Buddha.

4. Mentoring

    OLMO Buddha has mentored (i.e. teached, guided and mentored) the following Upper Buddhas:

    + GAL HIV (Wisdom), from planet Zoh, since he attained High Buddha level 2, now attained Upper Buddha degree 10.

    + HALA (Powerfulness), from planet Dhot, since he attained High Buddha level 1, now attained Upper Buddha degree 9.

    + DOMI Emperor, from planet Hoph, since he attained High Buddha level 1, now has attained High Buddha level 9. He was the first Emperor in the Universe.

    From the above we see clearly that Upper Buddha are Rough men from mankind-bearing planets in the Universe who cultivated to attain Upper Buddha level and are guiding and leading the next generations. This is real person, real facts, not legend as many people still conceive.

    Mankind in the whole Universe always highly appreciate and show their deep respect and gratitude for her guidance to the whole of mankind in the Universe.

    Statues of OLMO Buddha at Me So pagoda, Van Giang district, Hung Yen province.

(The pagoda and the Department of Culture and Information of Hung Yen Province are perceiving this statue as Quan The Am Buddha statue. When asked, both Buddhas have confirmed that this is the statue of  OLMO Buddha, and so far OLMO Buddha has accepted this statute.)

Note:

There are a lot of untrue information about OLMO Upper Buddha in the scriptures and articles about Buddhism on the internet. For example:

1. Saying that she was a Bodhisattva in the world of solemnity, was not born in the physical space, is completely wrong, is apotheosizing her. As mentioned above: When she was alive in the physical space, was a citizen of Myanmar. She herself confirmed it.

2. As Myanmar does not use Sanskrit so she didn’t have any Sanskrit name. The Sanskrit name Cundi is the name attributed to her by people any where.

3. Saying that she cultivated following Mahayana Buddhism is completely wrong. She was born in 2231 BC, died in 2154 BC, while Mahayana Buddhism only appeared in the 50s of the first century (AD). In fact, she followed ascetic cultivation of Hinayana Buddhism.

4. Still calling her a Bodhisattva as of present day is wrong. She attained Dao, i.e. attainment of High Buddha level 3 in 2175 BC. At that time, calling her a Bodhisattva High Buddha was correct. But she attained Upper Buddha level since 2054 BC, and in 2053 BC, honoured as the Highest Revered Buddha. Upper Buddha is much higher than Bodhisattva. So now she should be called Upper Buddha, not Bodhisattva anymore. All the books and writings that call her Bodhisattvas must be corrected.

5. It is also mentioning that she is a Bodhisattva in the same rank with the Avalokitesvara, a upper Buddha? While she is the Highest Revered Buddha, was the head of the Standing Three Jewels FOGHY, and Avalokitesvara is Upper Buddha grade 10, lower than Highest Revered Buddha, and much lower than the Head of the FOGHY.

6. Buddha images and statutes all show her with 18 arms. She said that she had only two arms like every other Rough Man. It is just an apotheosizing of her. However, as it is only a symbol of worship, so she accepted it as it is.

7. It is also written that her cultivation practice is to recite the mantra. She said she had no mantra. That is the thing assigned to her by people.

8. It is even written about Sanskrit Cundi Mantra in Dharani Sutra. She said it is only a product of people’s imagination.

9. It is also written that Shakyamuni Buddha taught that Cundi Mantra is the mantra of liberation. If readers can recite 80 thousand times, all sins from countless incarnations are dissipated, and will have ease in doing anything. Shakyamuni Buddha said that he had never taught so. This is a form of superstition in Buddhism. The sinner must repay Karma or if being punished must repent to be forgiven. One cannot escape the sins just by reciting the mantra.

10. Etc.

From the above, we see that mankind understands very wrongly about OLMO Upper Buddha; apotheosizes her. Without exclusion, it can also be deliberate in wrong writing of Northern Asia Buddhism to sabotage Buddhism.

    We need to correct our understanding that: OLMO Upper Buddha was a female Rough Man, a farmer in Myanmar, cultivated to attain Highest Revered Buddha level. This was a real woman, real story and nothing of deification.
