Below is some information about the recent changes of Upper Buddhas in the Universe. I’m glad to introduce to the readers:
- On November 7 2020: Upper Buddha Avalokitesvara AOPNABA (QTA) was honoured by the Superior Great Antiquity Nature Level 29 (THTC29) to be Lord Chief Troi Supreme Power.
- On December 13 2020: Upper Buddha Shakyamuni LANTIG (TCMNi) was honoured by the THTC29 to be Lord Sieu Nhien.
- On January 3 2021 Lord Sieu Nhien Shakyamuni LANTIG appointed Upper Buddha Higha Lan (Expansiveness), of planet Zoh to be the Chairman of the Highest Universal Council FOGHY.
- On January 27, 2021 Emperor Van Phuc was honored by the THTC19 to be Upper Buddha grade 6, Buddha name Duc Minh Tam (Ironlike)
- On January 4, 2021: appeared new Upper Buddha level 3-4 Van Thien Tam (Ba Chieu Mother Buddha).
- On February 1, 2021: there appeared a new Upper Buddha Level 3 Ghilan Ca (Resilience) of planet Thiaooba.
1. Specific Explanations
- Lord Sieu Nhien is the highest throne in the universal space, the immediate superior of Chief Troi Supreme Power.
- Lord Chief Troi Supreme Power is the immediate superior of the Highest Universal Council FOGHY. This Lord is the head of the Troi Supreme Power Council, the creator of the Universe and men.
- The Highest Universal Council FOGHY is the standing authority of Troi Supreme Power (Troi), under the direction of Lord Chief Troi. The members of the FOGHY are Upper Buddhas and some High Buddhas level 9.
- There are 5 man-inhabited planets in the universe, as follows:
Planet Zoh has the highest civilization with technological level of 90G;
Planet Hoph has the second highest civilization, technology level 66G;
Planet Thiaooba has the 3rd highest civilization, technology level 36G;
Planet Tzod is our Earth, 4th civilization, technology 4-5G;
Planet Dhot, the 5th civilization, does not have electricity yet.

2. Upper Buddha Duc Minh Tam
Upper Buddha Duc Minh Tam was a Vietnamese. Here are some information about Him provided by Himself:
In his last incarnation on Earth, he was born in 1597, named Tran Van Dang. He was the son of a peasant family in Bac Giang province. His parents were both peasants. He was the third child in a family of 3 children, 1 boy and 2 girls. When he was 20 years old, he got married to the daughter of a peasant family. He had 2 children, 1 boy and 1 girl.
He had 3 incarnations cultivating meditation at home, as follows:
- 6 incarnations before the last one, cultivated at home, died at 55 year old, had not attained any level.
- 4 incarnations before the last one, cultivated at home, died at 51 year old, attained Tien Than 2 (Divinity level 2), equivalent to the deity in the Communal House.
- In the last incarnation, He cultivated at home, attained Arhat level 6.
He died in 1651, at the age of 64, when he attained Arhat level 6.
Activities in Troi space
- After his death, He returned to Troi space (the invisible space) and continued cultivating in Arhat level.
- In 1775, 124 years after his death, he was promoted to the level of High Buddha level 3 by the Highest Universal Council FOGHY, which means the attainment of Dao. Buddha name Ironlike.
- In 1791, he attained High Buddha level 6 and was assigned to work in the Emperor Council KYFU.
- In 1815, he attained High Buddha level 8, and was appointed as Head of the Environment Committee of the KYFU.
- On 4/4/2020 He was appointed by Troi Supreme Power, at that time was Upper Buddha Van Van Quang, to the throne of the Emperor, appellate VAN PHUC.
- On January 27, 2021, Emperor Van Phuc was honoured by the Superior Great Antiquity Nature Level 19 (THTC19) to be Upper Buddha grade 6, Buddha name Duc Minh Tam (Ironlike). Currently, He is a member of the FOGHY. His statue is being worshiped in Troi and Buddha temples in the North and South of Vietnam.
3. Upper Buddha Van Thien Tam
Ba Chieu Mother Buddha, real name Nguyen Thi Bich Chieu, was born on December 5, 1942 in Dinh Bang Commune, Tu Son District, Bac Ninh Province (now Dinh Bang Ward, Tu Son Town, Bac Ninh province). She was raised in a peasant family in her hometown. Her parents were peasants. She returned to Tran space (the physical space) in this incarnation when she had already attained Arhat level 2 in Troi space.
From a young age, she studied and finished high school in the village school.
- In 1964, after passing the entrance exam to Hanoi Foreign Trade University, she was unable to continue studying due to her family’s poverty. She then worked as a worker on the construction site of Ha Bac nitrogenous fertilizer factory, later became an office staffer at the construction site.
- From November 1965 to August 1966, she was sent to learn Russian language at Hanoi University of Foreign Studies by the Ministry of Architecture.
- From August 1966 to October 1970, she was sent to study at the Moscow Foreign Trade University, Soviet Union, now the Russian Federation, majoring in International Payment.
- After obtaining her university degree, she returned to work at the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), in various departments of international payment.
- In May 1998, she retired as the deputy director of Vietcombank Hanoi.
Cultivating Path
Ba Chieu Mother Buddha had 4 incarnations cultivating in pagoda and 1 incarnation cultivating at home, as follows:
- 8 incarnations before the existing one, started to cultivate in pagoda, had not attained any level.
- 6 incarnations before the existing one, cultivate in pagoda, attained Than Linh (Deity) level 4.
- 4 incarnations before the existing one, cultivate in pagoda, attained Kim Cuong Bo Tat (Colossus) level 4.
- 2 incarnations before the existing one, cultivate in pagoda, attained La Han (Arhat) level 2.
- In this incarnation, she cultivates at home. For nearly 30 years of cultivation at home and in the Tu Cong Phap congregation of Professor Dich, she attained one by one: Arhat levels 4 to 10, then Buddha level 2-10, then High Buddha level.
- On June 14, 2019 (15th day of 2nd lunar month, year Ky Hoi), she was honoured to be High Buddha level 3 by the Highest Universal Council FOGHY, i.e attainment of Dao.
- On February 13, 2020 (20th day of 1st lunar month, year Canh Ty), she was honoured to be High Buddha level 8 by Troi Supreme Power, and in June 2020, High Buddha level 9, the highest level of High Buddha.
- On January 4, 2021 (22nd day of 11th lunar month, year Canh Ty), she was honoured to be Upper Buddha grade 3 while still alive on Earth. And on March 29. 2021 become Buddha grade 4.
Ba Chieu became an Upper Buddha when she is still alive in the physical space, the second case on Earth, after Prof. Dich-Upper Buddha Van Van Quang. This is the only family in the whole universe with 2 members being Upper Buddha still living in the physical space. This proves that the theory of Harmonised Way - cultivating a home- of Shakyamuni LANTIG Buddha, with a Master's guidance, is a reality. Everyone can cultivate to become a Buddha, including cultivating at home. The statue of Upper Buddha Van Thien Tam-Ba Chieu Mother Buddha has been worshiped on the Buddha altar in 4 Troi and Buddha temples in both the South and North of Vietnam for humans in the whole universe to worship her.
4. Upper Buddha Ghilan Ca
Upper Buddha Ghilan Ca was from planet Thiaooba, (the 3rd highest civilization in the universe, where the current technology is 36G – Earth is 4-5G). Below is some information provided by Himself:
- In his last incarnation, He was born in 1655, died at 355 years old (average life expectancy in this planet was 440 years). He had 4 incarnations cultivating at home.
- In 1790, at the age of 135, he attained High Buddha level 8.
- He attained Dao, i.e High Buddha level 3 on September 25, 1859, when he was 204 years old.
- On February 1, 2021, he was honoured to be Upper Buddha grade 6 by the Superior Great Antiquity Nature level 29 (THTC29), Buddha name Ghilan Ca (Resilience). He is now a member of FOGHY
5. Buddha name of Upper Buddha
As of February 2021, there are 12 Upper Buddhas being the member of FOGHY in the universe, as in the table below:
In the above-mentioned Table of Buddha's name, some of them are crossed out, and some new ones have been appeared. This is the truth, in line with the nature’s law of change. In pagodas in Vietnam and other countries around the world, there is still worshiping of Upper Buddhas who no longer existed whilst absence of the recently appeared Upper Buddhas. It is because of the inherent and very rigid influence of Northern Buddhism from China for more than 2,000 years, considering the Upper Buddhas as immaculate and unchangeable. This is not consistent with the nature’s law of change. So the Buddhist associations in each country needs to pay attention to the change of the Buddha statues in the pagodas over time. No one has talked about this for thousands of years. Readers who still do not believe this information should considered it as reference information and should not dismiss or offend it in a hurry. That will be peaceful and not blasphemous to Troi and Buddhas.
