EP30- The complete information on the system of Operation and Management of the Universe

+ Lord Top Supremacy (in Vietnamese, Dang Thuong Dinh), is the almighty, holding the highest leadership position in the Universe, no one else is higher. The Organ of Lord Top Supremacy has the shape of a truncated cone, stands still, encapsulates the entire sphere of the Universe inside. Lord Top Supremacy appoints Lord The First Supremacy and Lord The Second Supremacy.

+ Lord The First Supremacy (in Vietnamese, Dang Toi Thuong), the leader holds the supremacy of power in the Universe. Lord The First Supremacy is appointed by Lord Top Supremacy, He is the leader of the Organ of the First Supremacy having a 16-sided spherical shape with diameter of about 900 meter, stands still in the North of the Universe.

+ Lord The Second Supremacy (in Vietnamese, Dang Toi Cao), under the authority of Lord The First Supremacy. Lord Top Supremacy appointed the Second Supremacy Council comprising of three Lords, placed under the authority of Lord The First Supremacy, of which one is the Chief, standing still in the South (of the Universe). The other two stand still in the East and West. The Organs of all Lords Second Supremacies are 9-sided spherical, with diameter of about 50 kilometre.

+ Lord Superior (in Vietnamese, Dang Thuong Cap), under the authority of Lord The Second Supremacy. Each Lord The Second Supremacy appoints three Lord Superior, forming the Superior Council of 9 members, of which one is the Chief Superior. The Organ of the all Lord Superiors is a 5-sided sphere with diameter of about 10 kilometre, stands still in the Universe. Each Lord Superior manages one ninth of the Universe space.

+ Lord Sieu Nhien (in Vietnamese, Dang Sieu Nhien), under the authority of Lord Superior. Each Lord Superior appoints three Lord Sieu Nhien, forming a Sieu Nhien Council comprising of 3 x 9 = 27 members, of which one is the Chief Sieu Nhien. The Organ of Lord Sieu Nhien has the shape of a regular tetrahedron (triangular pyramid), stands still, encloses one 27^th of the Universe space.

+ Troi Supreme Power or Troi, under the authority of Lord Sieu Nhien. Each Lord Sieu Nhien appointed 3 Troi to form 27x 3= 81 under the leadership of one Chief Troi.. Each Troi has 9 members, so there have total of 81x 9= 729 members of 81 Troi. The Organ of Troi is a sphere with diameter of about 2 kilometre, always rotating at a speed several times of the speed of light. Each Troi Supreme Power manages one 81st of the Universe space, and stands at the center of this space part. Troi created planets and men; at that time, Troi rotated at a speed hundreds of times faster than the speed of light.

+ Highest Universal Council FOGHY, is the standing body of Troi, executing Troi’s orders to run all activities of the Universe. In FOGHY, there is one Highest Revered Buddha being the Chairman of the Council, appointed by Troi. The members of this Council are composed of 14 Upper Buddhas in the Universe, 4 Emperors, 10 Saints being the heads of global-scale religions in 5 man-bearing planets in the Universe. In addition, there are also a number of High Buddha level 8 and 9 in this Council.

+ At the bottom is the Universe and the men (including the planets and systems of planets, Astral men and Rough men) and all beings placed under the control and management of this system.

About the age of the Lords: Lord Top Supremacy is over 156 billion years old. All Lords from The First Supremacy to Troi Supreme Power are over 64 billion years old. The FOGHY was established in 4568 BCE by BIROL Buddha, at that time was called the Standing Three Jewels. By 311 BCE, it was renamed to the Highest Universal Council, its Troi name is still FOGHY.

Rules of working

According to the teachings of Lord Sieu Nhien, Lord Top Supremacy only works with the Chiefs of the subordinates. The Chiefs will work with members of their own Council. As follows:

Lord Top Supremacy works with The First Supremacy, Chief Second Supremacy, Chief of Superior, Chief of Sieu Nhien, Chief of Troi and Chairman of the FOGHY. The Chiefs of the subordinates must report upwards to their superiors in this order.

According to the diagram in Figure 1, there is only one Lord Top Supremacy, one Lord The First Supremacy and one FOGHY in the Universe. There are 81 Troi Supreme Power, 27 Sieu Nhien, 9 Superiors, 3 The Second Supremacy, all work with this only one FOGHY through their own Chiefs.

Through this, we know that the operating system of Lord Top Supremacy is centralised democracy: There is a system of low-to-high Councils comprising of many members to exploit the wisdom of many Troi men, but always centralised on the Chief.

Troi Supreme Power directs the Highest Universal Council FOGHY, Troi’s standing authority organ, and works directly daily with Chief Sieu Nhien and Lord The First Supremacy in accordance with the diagram in Figure 2. Lord The First Supremacy directs Chief Sieu Nhien, Chief Troi and the chairman of FOGHY. In reversed direction, the Chairman of FOGHY is allowed to work directly with Chief Troi, Chief Sieu Nhien, but not allowed to work directly with Lord The First Supremacy. Only Chief Troi and Chief Sieu Nhien are allowed to work directly with Him. The FOGHY directs the lower level Councils which are: the Emperor’s Council KYFU and Buddha & God Council DOHIZ. Troi can also direct the two Councils KYFU and DOHIZ. Under these two Councils are Committees and Subcommittees. At the bottom are the Universe and men, all are put under the management of these Councils.

Thanks to the strict management and operation of the above mentioned levels, the Universe has been operating smoothly and continuously throughout the last 14.4 billion years. At present, there are billion of billion of billion of billion (4 words billion, 10³⁶) of planets, 747 systems of planets, 3 Galaxies, 38 billion Astral men and 39.3 billion Rough men. It is the miracle in operating and management of the Highness who are guiding the Universe and all beings

This is the secret of Troi and Earth that the author is allowed to open to you. There is no "Heaven secret", only the things that we haven’t known yet. Troi and Earth don't hide anything from us. So each person should try to be aware of the Universe.

The lofty Highness

Above Lord Top Supremacy is Lord All-Powerful Supremacy, over 156 billion years old. Lord All-powerful Supremacy does not directly participate in operating the Universe but performs the power of supreme supervision. His Organ is a 6-faced cube with equal edge of 1.8 kilometer, located in the North of the Universe, outside of the operating system of Lord Thuong Dinh (Top Supremacy). When He needs to check or control, He can overspread energy covering the entire operating management system of Lord Thuong Dinh- Top Supremacy.

Above Lord Top Supremacy and Lord All-Powerful Supremacy is the King-Father of the Universe. He holds the highest position, created the Universe. He designed the Universe, and then appointed the apparatus to create and operate it headed by Lord Top Supremacy and supervised by Lord All-Powerful Supremacy. This management apparatus is shown in Figure 3. According to this diagram, the King Father directs only to the level of Lord Top Supremacy; Lord All-Powerful Supremacy controls the entire operating system of the Universe (dashed line in Figure 3). Mankind in all planets can worship only to the Top Supremacy enough, don't need to worship Lord All-Powerfull Supremacy and King-Father.

Note:

- It should distinguished betwen Lord the First Supremacy and the Organ of the First Supremacy: The Lord the First Supremacy is the Leader of the Organ of the First Supremacy. All other levels are similar. Lord Ultimate Troi is the leader of Troi Supreme Power, shotly called Troi.

- The above mentioned names of the Lords (both in Vietnamese and English) are the names created by the author for calling, because Rough men do not have these words yet. All these names are approved by all above Supreme Highnesses.
