AFriends from planet Thiaooba, the planet with the third ranked civilization in the Universe, had spaceship parked in North Europe to survey the Earth with the aim to help the Earth civilization which is still inferior to theirs. For the safety of the survey, they didn’t let Earth men know about it. This is the 4th time planet Thiaaoba come to survey the Earth. In 25 February 2019, there were 3 members of the spaceship crew came to visit Troi Buddha Temple in Hanoi to kinbai (*) Troi Supreme Power, the Upper Buddhas and the Emperors being worshiped here and also to meet with members of Tu Cong Phap congregation led by Prof. Dich. About a month ago, these friends also visited Troi Buddha Temple in Hanoi to kinbai Troi, Buddhas and Emperors but they didn’t let anyone know.
For safety reason, they didn’t appear in the form of physical body of Rough men on planet Thiaooba in Temple but in their flying carpet in the air, about 1000 meter above the ground, made invisible and stealth so that Earth men can't see it. Only Earth men who have their divine eye opened can see these friends. In this meeting, several members of Tu Cong Phap congregation saw them wearing pink clothes. Troi, the Upper Buddhas and Emperors helped Prof Dich - Van Van Quang Buddha converse with these friends in the precinct of Troi Buddha Temple in Hanoi.

- Planet Thiaooba has a spherical shape like Earth, with the gravitational acceleration of about 6.6 m/s2, smaller than Earth (about 9.8 m/s2), so men on this planet are always lighter than on Earth. The distance to Earth is nearly 7 million light-years. The ratio of land to sea & lake is about 25/75, lower than on Earth (about 30/70). There is a Sun and 9 planets orbiting around it. The climate is quite mild: air temperature is around 15- 30 degrees C.
- Men there are about 2.4 m tall, not divided into sexes of male and female. Everyone takes the woman shape to be beautiful. They are self-reproducing men and make baby by themselves. Each family has only 1 child, rarely has 2 children. The population of the planet is more than 8 billion people. Life expectancy is about 460 years. The average spirit ratio of man on this planet is 50/50, it means that in each man, the Astral and the Body occupy equal ratio. (Whilst this ratio of men on Earth is 21/79).
- On this planet men are organized into villages and residential areas, then countries. There are no district and provincial level. There are more than 176 countries on this planet. All houses have the egg shape and located in the forest. There is no high-rise building. All villages, residential areas and each country have a Leadership Council and a Leader. The Leadership Councils are elected by people. The leader is elected by the Leadership council. There is no cemetery. Every dead person is burnt into ash and spread into sea, river or forest. They also have public authority offices, factories but there is no for-profit company. All production units belong to the public.
- They also have Karmic and Karmic-force diseases, but have fewer diseases than Earth. There are very few visible diseases as the living environment there is very good. Treatment of diseases is by using psychic power, not by medicine. There are no medicine physicians like on Earth. They only have a team of psychic practitioners to heal with energy. Even broken bone can be treated with energy and will be healed after 3 days. They have equipments to measure the physical energy of the body in accordance with Bovis scale, whilst on Earth, the psychic practitioners use the dowsing pendulum so the accuracy is lower. There are many people who can work daily with the Astral men by afflatua feeling, conversing by thought to receive their helps to solve many works.
- The level of science and technology there is higher than Earth. They use high-speed computers and television too. They travel by flying carpets at the speed of about 70 kilo meter per hour, carrying about 70 people. Personal movement is by using flying device wearing on the body reaching the speed of 70- 80 km/h. Movement by spacecraft at the speed of 4.000 km/h, carring about 300 people. There are no cars, trains and ships. There are no roads and seaports. They travelled to the Earth on a spaceship in nearly 6 hours; using subtle light energy in cosmic radiation to operate the spaceship.
- Men there eat man-made foods. The man-made foods are produced by automatic production line packed and canned to supply to supermarkets for everyone. They do not cultivate for wheat or rice like on Earth; but grow fruit trees. In addition, fruits also come from natural forest. There are many natural forests. They also eat animal meat so there are pig, goat, cow, shrimp farms etc.
- Their society does not use money. Everyone lives for the community, made-products are brought to the supermarket. People can take free of charge whatever they need. Everyone is very self-disciplined, taking just enough, not taking excessively. So Karl Marx (Karl Heinrich Marx, 1818-1883), a German Jewish philosopher, in his work “The Capital” referred to a Communist society in the future on Earth is not groundless.
- They have music, but melodious music following the sound of nature such as the sound of wind, whispering waves, singing birds, etc; do not use harsh discotheque music like on Earth.
- There are no power plants and electrodynamic power stations. They don’t use internal combustion engine, but use solar battery to run machines. All lighting is by using solar energy.
- All wars on this planet ended more than 1200 years ago, so there is no army, no civil defense, no security, no nuclear weapons, no ballistic missiles. People there live together very peacefully, no fighting, no quarrelling, not assaulting each other, and always helping each other.
- On education: The friends told that their children study in high school. There are also university and postgraduate training. There are investments for scientific research. They use online information books, and not paper books.
- These friends forecast that the Earth can achieve their present level of science and technology after more than 800 years, but there still remain wars. They can help the Earth by transferring scientific knowledge, technology and faith, but not by way of transferring equipments and machines.
- On planet Thiaooba, there are many churches, all of them worshiping Troi Supreme Power, the Highest Revered Buddha Shakyamuni LANTIG and one Upper Buddhas degree 10 HIL GAL of planet Thiaooba. There are also worshiping of the Emperors. Previously there was worshipping of Amitabha, but abolished recently. They don’t have altar at home. People also cultivate by meditating like Earth men to gradually elevate to the higher level of the Universe. They also divide the levels in the invisible space from high to low almost similar to the division by Earth men.
- These friends told that they will return to Earth; at that time we will be able to meet each other face to face in the physical body of Rough men at Troi Buddha Temple in Hanoi. In this time, it’s not possible to do so because they don’t have the agenda to proactively meet Earth men in this trip. In addition, there is an outbreak of a pandemic on Earth so they are afraid of making contact with Earth men.
