Emperor DOMI was the first Emperor in the Universe. On the occasion of 29^th day of 10^th lunar month this year, the anniversary of 4,229 years of attainment of Dao of Emperor DOMI (i.e. attainment of High Buddha level 3), the author would like to provide the following information for you to have better understanding about Him.

1. Life and Career

- Emperor DOMI was from planet Dhot (with average life expectancy of about 55 years at this present time).

- In his last incarnation in the physical space, he was born on 28^th day of 1^st lunar month year 2340 BC – or 4,358 years from this year 2018, named in the local language as HIA BABA.

- He was the son of a family of officials in the capital BABAFI. His father was a Second Grade mandarin in the imperial court. He was the third child in the family of 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. In his adolescence, he was 1.56 meter tall, weighed 63kg and was a handsome man. At the age of 22, he got married to the daughter of a Second Grade mandarin in the imperial court. He had 2 children, 1 son and 1 daughter. After graduating from high school, he worked as a civil servant in the Imperial Palace, achieved the position of Third Grade mandarin in the imperial court. By the age of 56, he retired and began to cultivate.

2. Cultivation Path

- He had 3 incarnations cultivating in meditation in pagoda (worshiping BIROL and OLMO Upper Buddha) following asceticism. In particularly as follows:

- In the 6^th incarnation from the last one, cultivated in pagoda, died at the age of 55, attained Deity-Than Linh level 2.

- In the 3^rd incarnation from the last one, cultivated in pagoda, died at the age of 56, attained High-Virtue Bonze Bodhisattva – Cao Tang Bo Tat level 4.

- In the last incarnation, cultivated in pagoda, died at the age of 63, attainment of High Buddha level 2.

- OLMO Upper Buddha (the Highest Revered Buddha from Earth) was his mentor since he attained High Buddha level 2, now High Buddha level 9.

- He died on 4^th of 10^th lunar month, year 2277 BC, at the age of 63, at that time he had attained High Buddha level 2.

3. Activities in the Invisible space

- 66 years after his death, on 29^th day of 10^th lunar month, year 2211 BC, He was honoured by the Highest Universal Council FOGHY to be High Buddha level 3, i.e. attainment of Dao, 4,229 years from this year 2018. His Buddha name given by Troi is HILO HAFA (Expansiveness).

- In 2142 BC, He attained High Buddha level 6.

- In 2054 BC, He attained High Buddha level 8, and was appointed by Troi Supreme Power to establish the Emperor Council- KYFU and became the first Emperor in the Universe. Appellation given by Troi is DOMI Emperor (Humaneness). He retired from his term of office in 1436 BC, and Emperor SUHAF succeeded him. So he was on the throne of Emperor for 1,618 years.

- In 2013 BC, He attained High Buddha level 9.

4. Other Appellations

Emperor DOMI also has 3 other appellations in accordance with names in planet Dhot, as follows:

- FEDE ODO (Erudition)

- DAO DO (Kind-heartedness)

- DAO AFA (Humaneness)

5. Teaching

- In his last incarnation, he had more than 60 disciples guided and trained by him in cultivation. He had taught on the following matters:

- Existence of Universe;

- Physical and invisible space;

- Rough man and Astral man;

- Laws of Troi;

- Meaning/Significance of cultivation;

- Precepts;

- And many other matters.

6. Mentoring

He has been mentoring 2 High Buddhas level 1 from planet Dhot who, as of the present time, attained High Buddha level 3.

During 1,618 years as the Emperor, the leader of the Emperor Council- KYFU, he had made great contribution to the leadership of the Council, teaching all living beings to respect the Law of Troi, keeping discipline in implementing the Law of Troi, and punishing all criminals. He always teaches mankind in the whole universe to understand correctly about the Existence of Universe, the Laws of Troi, guides mankind on the mankind-bearing planets in the Universe to respect and observe the Law of Troi.

Mankind highly appreciate and show their deep respect and gratitude for his guidance to mankind in the whole universe.

1) Four generations of Emperor, specifically as follows:

+ Emperor DOMI, from planet Dhot, acceded the throne in 2854 BC.

+ Emperor SUHAF, from planet Hoph, succeeded Emperor DOMI in 1436 BC.

+ Emperor THIPOT, from planet Earth - Tzod, succeeded Emperor SUHAF in 64 BC.

+ Emperor DO OTDA, from planet Doh, succeeded Emperor THIPOT from September 2018.

(1 term of Emperor is about 1,800 physical years (1 invisible space year equals 1,200 physical space years). The throne of Emperor is honoured by Troi by a Troi’s Edict.)

2) KYFU is the name of Emperor Council headed by an Emperor.
