- When alive on Earth, BIROL Upper Buddha was born on 20^th day of 7^th lunar month, year Giap Ty, 5,026 BC-, about 7,044 years from this year 2018, a Sri Lankan, named in the ancient language of Sri Lanka as HOLA HIF. He grew up in a family of high rank public servant. Both of his parents were public servants, with 2 children, 1 son, 1 daughter. His father was a provincial chief.

- At the young age, He was 1.69 meters tall, weighed 63kg, and was handsome. When he was 19, he started working as a local public servant. At the age of 24, he was married to the daughter of a family of public servant. He had two sons. At the end of his life, he was promoted to provincial chief. Apart from public work, he also studied to make handed down traditional edicines and provided treatment to people. At the age of 59, he retired and began to cultivate.

2. Cultivation Path

He cultivate following the method of Hinayana Buddhism, accepted asceticism. He had 6 incarnations cultivated at home and never cultivated in pagoda. In his last incarnation, he began cultivation at the age of 59, after retirement. Upper Buddha GALA LIV (Joyfulness) from planet Hoph was the one who guided and mentored him during his cultivation path.

- He died on 16^th of 10^th lunar month, year Mau Tuat – 4939 BC, about 6,957 years from this year 2018, at the age of 87. At that time, he had attained High Buddha level 2 (TP2).

3. Activities in the Invisible space

- On 16^th day of 10^th lunar month in 4,765 BC, about 6,783 years from this year 2018, 74 years after his death, he was honoured High Buddha level 3 (TP3), i.e. attainment of Dao, Buddha name BIROL (Savior). This Buddha name has been kept until today.

- 93 years after his attainment of Dao (TP3), in the year 4672 BC He was honoured Upper Buddha degree 3, and was appointed to work in Bahy Xoa of Troi Supreme Power Council.

- In the year 4616 BC, He was honoured Upper Buddha degree 6. He was continuously working in Bahy Xoa.

- In the year 4570 He was honoured Upper Buddha degree 8, and continuously worked in Bahy Xoa.

- In 4568 BC, following the Order of Troi Supreme Power, He founded the Standing Three Jewels. And He was the first presiding Head of the Council until 2,053 BC when retired from his term, and OLMO Upper Buddha succeeded him in this position. Thus, BIROL Upper Buddha had presided over the Standing Three Jewels for 2,515 years.

Other appellations

- BIROL Upper Buddha also has three other appellations transliterated in ancient Sri Lankan language as follows:

- GALI LAP (Great mind)

- MOVA GAO (Descending on earth)

- LAMOGA (Kindness)

Sri Lankan people respectfully erected his statue for worshiping him in temples. People in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, worship him in pagodas. BIROL Upper Buddha has 2 High Buddha Bodhisattvas accompanying him, Buddha names as follows:

- MOEL MOLA (Erudition), High Buddha level 8;

- OAGHA (Kind-hearted), High Buddha level 8.

4. Training

BIROL Upper Buddha, when alive, had about 60 disciples guided and trained by him in Buddhism cultivation. He often taught his disciples the following matters:

- Existence of Universe;

Troi Supreme Power

- Physical and Invisible spaces;

- Rough man and Astral man;

- Laws of Troi;

- Truth-Goodness-Perseverance;

- significance of cultivation;

- And other matters.

5. Mentoring

BIROL Upper Buddha has mentored the following Upper Buddhas:

- Amitabha, from Earth, since his attainment of High Buddha level 2 till his attainment of Highest Revered Buddha level;

- OAGI GAL (Dauntlessness), from planet Hoph, since his attainment of High Buddha level 1. Now Upper Buddha degree 9;

- HIL GAL (Strengthening), from planet Thiaooba, since his attainment of High Buddha level 4. Now Upper Buddha degree 10.

- Emperor THIPOT, from planet Tzod- Earth, since his attainment of High Buddha level 2. Now Upper Buddha degree 9.

Mankind highly appreciate and always show deep respect and gratitude for his guidance to the whole of mankind in Universe, and more and more trust in 3 Daos: Troism, Buddhism , Emperorism.

Note:

There are a lot of untrue information about BIROL Upper Buddha in the scriptures and articles about Buddhism on the internet. For example:

1. BIROL Buddha was a Sri Lankan where Sanskrit was not used, so he didn’t have Sanskrit name. Materials writing that his Sanskrit name is Bhaiṣajyaguru are not correct. He instructed that he had no Sanskrit name. This is only the name that Northern Buddhism attributed to him.

2. Mentioning that BIROL Buddha had 12 pledges when cultivating. He said it is not true.

3. Mentioning that there are 7 Medicine Buddhas, even with Sanskrit names. He said that he is the only Medicine Buddha. So the Medicine Buddha Sutra (Bhaiṣajya-guru-vaiḍūrya-prabhā-rāja Sūtra) from China was the product of ancient Chinese people.

4. Mentioning that there are 12 Heavenly Generals. He said there are no such men. Therefore, he said the image of worshiping of Medicine Buddha Trinity as below (from the internet) with 12 Heavenly Generals is not right worshipping.

5. Mentioning that there are two Bodhisattvas keeping the Treasure of Medicine Buddha’s Right Dharma, but he said there is no such treasure.

6. Mentioning that Shakyamuni- LANTIG- Buddha taught about BIROL Buddha at Vaisali citadel for 36,000 Bodhisattva disciples that: reciting BIROL Buddha's name will cure diseases. Shakyamuni Buddha said that there is no such thing.

7. Mentioning about many Mantras of BIROL Buddha. But he said he has no Mantra.

8. etc.

So it can be said that many materials on the internet and Buddhism scriptures write untruthful things about BIROL Buddha. BIROL Buddha said it was fabricated with malicious intent, distorting the truth about him, showing the superstition in Northern Buddhism since thousands of years ago.
